If you are a High School or Junior High School teacher, this is a great opportunity to learn techniques and projects that really work in the classroom.

The workshop will include demonstrations and hands-on construction of projects using hand-building methods including pinch pot forms, coil and slab methods and figure sculpting ideas.

Clay Arts, Utah will provide a large portion of this event, providing lunch, tools, supplies and handout materials.  This budget is funded by the Silent Auction held as part of the Holiday Pottery Sale.  A registration fee of $15 will be used for additional expenses.

Suzanne Conine has been Ceramics and Sculpture Art Educator at the Waterford School for the past 12 years.  Her students have been recognized with numerous awards statewide and nationally.

Suzanne Storer is an Independent Ceramic Artist who shows and sells her work in prestigious Art Festivals throughout the west.  She is a fantastic resource on all kinds of working methods.
